The Education Leaders Institute (ELI) is a strategic initiative of Riyadh Schools Group, a subsidiary of MISK. ELI’s mission is to equip Saudi youth—recent graduates or experienced teachers—with the skills and competencies they need to become innovative and impactful educational leaders. Through targeted programs, ELI focuses on skilling, reskilling, and upskilling individuals, empowering them to drive positive change in the educational ecosystem within Riyadh Schools Group.

    • The evaluation process consists of three rigorous stages: requirements check, thorough initial evaluation, and one-to-one online interview.
    • Each stage will assess the eligibility of candidates to progress to the next stage. Applicants will be notified of their progress via email.
  3. Application Confirmation Successful applicants will receive an email confirming their program enrollment. Additional program-specific requirements will also be shared.

The program is a two-year course. The first year entails comprehensive classwork, followed by a second year of teaching with personalized coaching and mentoring directly from the prestigious university.

The Institute offers this program free of charge, there are no registration fees.

Yes, and we are currently working on obtaining local accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. Additionally, you will be provided with a certificate of program completion from the university offering the program.

Yes, attendance is mandatory. Candidates must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% to be eligible for graduation. The policy will be shared with all successful candidates during the orientation week.

The program is conducted entirely in person, with face-to-face interaction and full-time presence in classes. The academy provides a simulated school environment where participants engage in sports activities, volunteering, and extracurricular programs.

Yes, upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a certificate from the Education Leaders Institute. We are also currently working on obtaining local accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. Additionally, you will be provided with a certificate of program completion from the university offering the program.

The institute’s programs offered in English for the leaders, teachers, and teacher assistants’ tracks target university graduates and experienced individuals in the following specializations:

Target Audience: 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience in a school.

Applicant Age: Applicants up to 35 years old are accepted.

Both English and Arabic programs begin on August 2025, and the training continues for two years.
One year of theoretical Learning, followed by a year of practical on-the-job training. The programs include an intensive English language course ESL.
