    • The evaluation process consists of three rigorous stages: requirements check, thorough initial evaluation, and one-to-one online interview.
    • Each stage will assess the eligibility of candidates to progress to the next stage. Applicants will be notified of their progress via email.
  3. Application Confirmation Successful applicants will receive an email confirming their program enrollment. Additional program-specific requirements will also be shared.

The program is a two-year course. The first year entails comprehensive classwork, followed by a second year of teaching with personalized coaching and mentoring directly from the prestigious university.

The Teacher Training and Leadership Academy offers this program free of charge. There are no registration fees.

The postgraduate diplomas, certificates, and programs offered by the academy are affiliated with the University of Toronto. These programs hold international acceptance. Upon graduation, the diplomas will be accredited and licensed by local educational authorities.

Yes, attendance is mandatory. Candidates must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% to be eligible for graduation. The policy will be shared with all successful candidates during the orientation week.

The program is conducted entirely in person, with face-to-face interaction and full-time presence in classes. The academy provides a simulated school environment where participants engage in sports activities, volunteering, and extracurricular programs.

The Teacher Training and Leadership Academy offers HRDF (HADAF) financial aid opportunities to qualified candidates. 

Yes, upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate or diploma issued by the Teacher Training and Leadership Academy. The certificate/diploma will be awarded based on the specific track completed and will reflect the specialization and achievements of the individual.

Absolutely! The Teacher Training and Leadership Academy is committed to providing comprehensive professional development opportunities for program participants. These may include workshops, seminars, conferences, and networking events that facilitate connections with experienced educators, experts, and industry professionals.  

Unfortunately, No, the Teacher Training and Leadership Academy welcomes applications from Saudi candidates only.

The Teacher training and Leadership Academy offers career support services to program graduates, which may include job placement in Riyadh schools Platform schools, Misk Foundation group of schools, and access to job opportunities with our partners. The academy aims to support participants in their transition to successful teaching or leadership careers.

The Teacher Training and Leadership Academy provides various support services to ensure the success and well-being of program participants. These services may include academic advising, counseling, tutoring, library resources, and access to technology and learning resources. The academy strives to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Yes! all applicants are required to provide an English proficiency Test score, it could be IELTS, TOEFL,  or STEP. All applicants must adhere  to the scores required in the track they are applying for.

Applicant Age: Applicants up to the age of 35 are accepted.

The program begins on February 25, 2024, and the training continues for two years.

One year of theoretical education on the PDQ Teaching and Learning Program followed by an intensive English language program ESL.

And a year of practical on-the-job training.

By introducing you to educational concepts, principles, theories, and international best practices to apply new ideas and methods in teaching, improve the quality of student education, and involve them in the educational process. In addition to your training, you plan and implement lessons and evaluate experiences and results to plan further development.

The portfolio you will submit at the end of the training will be evaluated by academic experts certified by the Cambridge Authority in Britain.
