Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation “Misk” Empowers youth role in international policy development

An elite group of pioneering youth from the beneficiaries of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” programs will participate in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Their involvement in the “Summit of the Future Conference” will be a significant milestone in global efforts to accelerate progress and achieve sustainable development goals. The conference is scheduled to take place from September 20 to September 23 in the United States.

Misk Foundation promotes synergistic efforts to empower Saudi youth to represent the Kingdom in international forums and support them by showcasing their initiatives on main global platforms. The Foundation also facilitates the engagement of young leaders with policymakers worldwide and contributes to the development of innovative solutions to address global challenges.

“Misk” will engage in a dialogue session titled ‘Pact of Youth for the Future,’ where they will examine how the Pact addresses critical issues identified by youth worldwide. The session will also focus on aligning these discussions with the sustainable development goals and transforming policy frameworks into actionable results, empowering youth to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of global policies.

Building on the significant presence and positive impact of Saudi youth at major global forums such as the World Economic Forum in Davos and the G20 Youth Summit, Misk’s participation enhances the role of Saudi youth in public policy development. Their involvement ensures that their initiatives and innovative solutions tackles global challenges effectively.
