Misk Udacity Connect Program
About the initiative
The initiative aims to build the knowledge and skills needed to work in the technology field, hence partnering with Udacity is considered a major step to improve the technical skills for technology seekers in the Kingdom, which will then have direct impact on our youth and our country in general.
Misk Foundation is awarding 2,650 scholarships in Mobile Development, Web Development, Business Analysis, Machine Learning, Programming and others for its Saudi tech enthusiasts. Scholarships are offered for 2 programs; Onsite Connects and Online Connects. Both programs require 15 hours of weekly self-study, and on weekend there will be a connect session with the instructor; either onsite or online.
First round of applications was opened in January 2017 for a pilot of 150 students. For Phase 2 of the initiative 2,500 more scholarships will be awarded over 4 cohorts till end of 2018.
